Children policy
- There is no charge for a child under the age of 2, who sleeps in a baby cot, also provided without an extra charge.
- There is no charge for a child between the ages of 2 and 8, who sleeps in an extra bed, also provided without an extra charge.
- There is space for only one extra bed/baby cot per residence.
Cancellation policy
- For any cancellation up to 14 days prior to the arranged arrival date, no charge is made and the deposit is refunded in full.
- For cancellations or modifications 14 days prior to arrival or less, no charge is made, but the deposit is not refunded.
- Early departure & no show are charged in full.
Non refundable offer cancellation policy

The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of the confirmation of the booking. No modifications or cancellations are allowed.
Payment policy

In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required, via credit card or wire bank transfer, upon reservation. In case of a 3 night stay or less the deposit will be 1 night. The remaining amount should be settled upon check in.
